But we also understand that sometimes it doesn't work out that way:

Changed you mind? It arrived damaged, defective or you just can't spend another night with it?
If it ticks the boxes you can return it via the Returns Portal.
Hang on, what are the requirements?
The ones above; plus:
- The item has to have been purchased from the Delartelle website:
- Be in it's original condition and:
- Also be in it's original packaging (with 'Returned Goods' clearly marked on the outside of the box).
Is there a timeframe?
If you would like a refund the return needs to reach us within 45 days of you receiving the item.
If it arrives to us 46 to 90 days after you received the item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the amount of the original purchase.
Once we receive and have inspected the return and it has been approved, the Refund will be applied to the original method payment or as a store credit within 14 working days.
If it is an international return please allow up to 21 working days from us receiving your item.

Hang on, Hang on: Who pays for the return postage?
Dependant on the category that the item falls into (see Table below) we will refund the cost of the return shipping label that you can purchase on the portal, or the return shipping that you use via a traceable service with proof of postage.

|Item is no longer wanted, is a cancellation, or it's just freaking me out:

|What about the original delivery costs if the item is defective, damaged, not what I wanted or cancelled?
|Delartelle refunds the original delivery cost since you not only liked the item so much that you paid for it, but you also paid for it to be delivered to you.
Please note: The return shipping refunds will be made once we have received the item and inspected it.
Side note: If you paid for your order with Paypal, they will refund your return shipping costs for up to 30 USD on 12 eligible purchases a year so check them out.
